Price & Value
Why does JustPure cost $1,899-$2,449? That seems like a lot for cookware.
Because it's the last cookware set you'll ever buy. A typical household replaces cheap cookware every 2-3 years as coatings wear out and pieces get mismatched, adding up to $5,000-$7,000 over a lifetime spent on cookware that still ends up in a landfill. Comparable surgical-grade waterless cookware systems from other brands sell for $5,000-$10,000. JustPure is priced at less than half that, backed by a lifetime guarantee, so you pay once.
Can I pay over time instead of all at once?
Yes. You can pay in full, or split your purchase into monthly payments through Shop Pay Installments at checkout, with plans of up to 12 months available depending on your order.
Material & Durability
Will it scratch, rust, or wear out?
No. The T304 stainless steel surface resists scratching far better than non-stick coatings, and it won't rust or corrode. Cosmetic marks can appear over decades of heavy use, the way any quality metal develops character, but this doesn't affect performance or void your warranty.
Can I use metal utensils on it?
Yes. Unlike non-stick coatings, there's no coating to damage. Normal metal utensil use is fine.
Is it induction-compatible?
Yes, JustPure works on induction, gas, electric, and glass-top stoves.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, but most customers find they never need to use one. Even burnt-on messes typically lift off after letting the piece soak in warm water with a bit of soap for about 30 minutes.
Health & Cooking
Why is this a healthier way to cook?
Three common habits, using added oil, boiling in water, and cooking at high heat, all reduce the nutritional value of food. JustPure's sealed, controlled-temperature cooking method (using the built-in Thermo Control gauge) lets you cook vegetables in their own natural moisture, cook many meats with little or no added oil, and cook at lower, more consistent temperatures.
How does the no-water cooking actually work?
Every set includes a Thermo Control gauge on the lid with a marked 60C blue zone. As food heats, its natural moisture releases as steam, gets trapped by the seal between the lid and pot, and circulates to cook the food from all sides. Once the gauge reaches the blue zone, you turn the heat off completely.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean it?
Warm water and soap is all you need. You can use either side of your sponge, including the abrasive side, since the surface won't scratch or damage even with regular metal utensil contact. For pieces in daily use for years, a powder cleaner like Bar Keeper's Friend restores that brand-new shine.
What if it gets discolored over time?
The same cleaning method above (warm water, soap, and if needed a powder cleaner like Bar Keeper's Friend) resolves most cosmetic discoloration. This is cosmetic and doesn't affect performance. In the rare case something is seriously damaged, replacement parts are covered under the lifetime guarantee.
Can I put it in the oven?
No. The handles use a hard plastic component that isn't oven-safe. This generally isn't a limitation in practice, though, since JustPure's stovetop method can already handle things people normally reserve for the oven, including baking a cake directly on the stove.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently Toronto and Montreal, with delivery available anywhere else in Canada as well. U.S. shipping is in progress, we already have distribution capacity in Connecticut. Caribbean shipping is also available; reach out for details on your specific location.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.
Warranty
What does the lifetime guarantee actually cover?
Manufacturing defects and workmanship are covered for life. JustPure cookware is built heavy-duty and highly impact-resistant, across thousands of customers, warranty claims are rare, and the small number we have seen were almost entirely related to older-style temperature gauges (now redesigned and dishwasher-safe). If a handle or component ever comes loose or fails, contact us and we'll make it right.
