Our Lifetime Guarantee

Every JustPure cookware set is covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

What's covered

  • Material or structural defects present from manufacturing.
  • Defective, broken, or missing hardware.
  • Any other manufacturing fault.

What we do about it

If something is genuinely defective, we'll send a free replacement part (handle, knob, lid) or a free replacement piece, whichever fixes the problem, at no cost to you within Canada. For international replacement shipments, we'll confirm shipping details with you before sending.

What's not covered

The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from years of regular use (surface scratching, heat discoloration/tinting, dulling of the exterior finish).
  • Damage from misuse or accidents: dropping, impact damage, overheating an empty pot, using it in ways the care instructions advise against, etc.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party replacement parts.
  • Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the piece cooks.
  • Cookware purchased used, secondhand, or from an unauthorized reseller.

How to make a claim

  1. Email us at massimo@justpurecookware.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos or a short video of the defect.
  2. We'll review it, usually within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll ship your free replacement part or piece.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns & refunds (change-of-mind returns)

This is separate from the Lifetime Guarantee above, it covers orders you simply want to send back, not defects.

  • You may return an unused, unopened set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Cookware that's been used or cooked with can't be returned for a refund under this section, the Lifetime Guarantee above covers that instead.

Damaged or wrong item on arrival

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required, this one's on us.
